This is not a new song. He played it near ten years ago, and it'd later become Sweet By And By, if I'm not wrong.

It's true he says "Sweet By and By " at some point in the video,but really it doesn't sound like Sweet by and By to me. -

I think the solo album production wasn't the correct for Peter. Too "produced", it goes better with simple acomp.
