Still remained an amazing guitarist and singer even in his 60s. Unbelievable. This song had to be one of his best, maybe his best. So beautiful. I can't get enough of it. It got me through my blues.
Whenever I hear this I just drift away on the smooth, soothing melody of Frampton's Les Paul. Loved it in '75, still loving it in 2016. Good work gwarren681.
Thank you. His show was Phenomenal. I wish I could have filmed the entire show. I'm just happy that I could share this so others could see how good it was.
I was at this concert, he opened for Steve Miller. It was amazing. Went back to a more British blues sound. 1st saw him in 1994, at the Boathouse, in Virginia Beach. Sounded amazing then, even better here. But the last time I saw him was at the Orpheum Theater in Phoenix, Az, on his acoustic tour. Small crowd, maybe 200 people. His interactions with the crowd were amazing, as was his playing. I want to see him one more time.
I saw him recently at CT. casino (free comp tickets) and he was 10 times better than I ever expected!! So much energy and man was it loud ! He's like 67 and I just turned 64 . damn
+PaBasser The line 6 wireless I am running is actually cleaner than my mogami cord. reliability is all about new /fresh batteries at the beginning of EVERY gig. Peter is obviously not willing to take the risk of dropping out during a performance. He is the ultimate live performer IMO and knows what is best for himself.
