This is so authentic to the recorded versions. When you listen to a few more of his live tracks, you can tell... He's actually a really good singer, he's just being super faithful to the original sound - for both Bernard and Ian. Frankly, he's doing a better Bernard impression than even Bernard can pull off these days.

He may look older than in the 80s, but you can clearly see that his character and personality never aged . Hooky is still the wild and charismatic man of New Order, just that he isn't in the band anymore.

Merci, revivre les années 80 avec les vrais musiciens et le vrai chanteur .....C'est un cadeau, très beau cadeau pour la "new wave" , en France tout le monde adorait ce style musical, et aujourd'hui? Personne n'a oublié, tous les Français de cette époque ont dans leur tête ces chansons ou particulierement cette chanson, inoubliable!, marqué comme au fer chaud sur le bétail, toutes les personnes de cinquante ans rêveraient de revoir, d'écouter à nouveau New order sur des scènes, malgré l'ambiance politique..... toutes les personnes de Cinquante ans adorent New Order! Adore the grunge Hooky and his band bring to this song - pure joy. Have now seen them live seven times with another three booked. Can't recommend enough for Joy Division/New Order fans to see PH&TL live if you get the opportunity :)

I saw Peter Hook and The Light last night and they didn't play Blue Monday. I didn't mind but a lot of people left wondering why.

Saw them with a friend at Rochester castle earlier this month they were musicaly brilliant but its time he gave up the vocals crowd went nuts tho when they played thus

Too much chorus and too little overdrive ( if he even uses overdrive nowadays ) It sounded better in the 80's cause there was perfect balance between the two, now the bass is too smooth for a new order song Good riff tho

Never understood why guitarists and bassists hold there instruments so low . It is not conducive to comfortable playing ! Also you can’t play difficult material if you hold your guitar that low ! I know they think it is cool !
