I know that’s a year later but cheers for this (awesome) track list, my friend…the only track that I was disappointed not to see from this selection was “Thieves Like Us” but hey, it’s a brilliant collection of N.O. songs, nonetheless & thankfully, this show was 3 years prior to the release of “Music Complete”, which I still detest…much like Depeche Mode after Alan Wilder departed, New Order will never be as good without Hooky, IMHO…ah well, c’est la vie, I guess!!
@@james-ey2hz WTF?! I merely thanked the previous poster for the track listing & then simply mentioned my disappointment re: the omission of a song, as well as my opinion of "Music Complete" & New Order sans Hooky, like D.M. w/out Alan...perhaps grab a dictionary, James...best wishes from 'Down Under', nonetheless...Matt.
The 80s and 90s. It was a magical time, magical bands that made true masterpieces, which to this day are and will forever be classics. New Order, The Smiths, The Cure, Electronic, Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode and other bands. Pure talent from these artists that we don't see anymore, unfortunately... These artists enchant the whole world to this day, including here where I live, in Brazil.
Wow! Thank you so much for posting! This is probably the best (somewhat contemporary) New Order concert video I've come across on YT. Love the phrasing from Bernard on my favorite- The Perfect Kiss !!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic!!!!!!! Still on high volume in 2023!!! Cheers!

Reading ‘93, yeah? I was incredibly fortunate to see them at Reading ‘98, after I’d initially purchased my ticket to see them at the Phoenix Festival, which subsequently folded due to insufficient ticket sales…but then Reading grabbed them (& Garbage as well) & thankfully, I got to see them less than a fortnight before my return flight to Oz had already been booked…& my beloved Gunners (Arsenal FC) had previously won the League/FA Cup double during those 6 months in the UK (got to see 3 games at beautiful ol’ Highbury, beginning with our 5-0 thrashing of Wimbledon that took us to the top of the PL table!) so I was still buzzing months after my arrival home…I still am now, actually!! Apologies for the crazy verbosity of this post btw, campionissimo!!
Got to be the worst concert ever recorded. Crap sound and half of the so-called musicians are barely playing their instruments. They seem more obsessed with parading their egos. Pathetic. And New Order used to be so good. Or is it that this band is DisOrder?
