There's no real reasons we can't be carving up big wave faces, a lot of riders just choose to make the take off and be happy with that, but the long boards they ride don't help either. Those huge big faces and walls are ideal for carving and doing big as turns on, we need to progress in this area, Kai is doing a wonderful job.
Inspired as much just by being out there at that old age. Maybe Peter and Michael should get together and do a fitness channel. People don't even understand that you can increase your mitochondria count - in time - with exercise. It will be interesting to see just how long they can keep it going. 80? 90? 100?
It's not surfing it's it's toe boarding you beat the section you have no reason to consider this surfing you're pulled onto the under the wave with a rope and a ski.. you're a beating the section all the time
