I have just come through an awful storm, of judgement and slander, & malicious soulish prayers & although Jesus kept gently & consistantly encouraging me to just look at & listen to who He says I am in Him, I got overwhelmed by the storm, & began to drown!! Horrified, I cried out!! Of course HE is right there....I am saddened I took my eyes off Him....but He NEVER EVER LET'S ME GO!! Oh, what love is this??? I am LOVED, as God's Daughter!!! Amazing Love!!!!

What amazes most in this passage is that Jesus calms first the storm inside the disciples (v27) and than the storm outside the disciples (v32). In life we often expect right the opposite.

It wasn't just 3 Miracles Jesus was still on the water when He saved Peter and they went to the boat. So peter still had to walk on water to get back to the boat.

What I can’t understand is how far did the water come up his foot? Was is just the bottom surface or did his ankles get wet too?

I had no understanding of the deeper meaning behind the song but always knew it resonated with me. Today I know that it comes from the scripture Matthew 14 & I have learnt something this morning🥹 How nice is it being in the presence of God and growing everyday🥹❤️. Great exposition! You have help embolden me to Keep the Sabbath and the Festivals. To tell a potential employer you are not available on Saturday can be a costly thing. I feel more confident to take that step and see if He catches me. Actually I'm in the middle of this walk and so far it's been Amazing! Because I told my employer that, I have the ability to also set my schedule to celebrate the festivals that occur in the middle of the work week. I definately want to bare foot it one day. Thanks for the encouragement!

I love the story did a great job I have one thing to say though just a thought. The only one that asked to get off the boat so we also shouldn’t put any thought on the disciples that didn’t get off the boat as I never thought to ask even though it’s still feeds into the same point that Peter had faith I don’t know I’m just made me feel like saying that
