Phil Hamblet PHD in Italian Renaissance Art History. How do I know this to be exact?? Because I don’t think there’s been a single interview he’s done in the past decade where he doesn’t bring it up!
listen lady. i dont know who you are but i see you on too many of these videos. i dont know if you think you like him but i can assure you you don’t. you have a bitmoji profile picture. it is very disrespectful to perceive him if you are not me. you are an enemy of humanity. and so am i. peter may look like a bingus but that doesn’t mean other people should see him. whatever you are doing you have to stop. it is very rude.
God bless this Peter Weller and Bobby Wygant for this _EXCELLENT_, charming and intellectual interview. You don't get interviews this sincere, these days.
Excellent interview and luv Weller’s explanation of why Murphy’s death was so violent. On a sidenote: I don’t remember ever seeing these interviews back in the 80’s but I’m really glad that they exist.
He did a lot of other stuff. He was really creepy in the movie Firstborn (With Corey Haim.), one of his underlooked roles. And he was the voice of Batman in The Dark Knight Returns.
@PrincessGreenEyes I went back to college 5 years ago and took an art appreciation class . Peter was included in a video we watched . What a diverse career!
Peter Weller was in an 80s movie called First Born , with Corey Haim .... Weller played a psycho who starts dating Haim's divorcee mom, then moves in with the family and things unravel from there. .....really powerful performance
he was really fucking hot there why can’t he yell at me goddamnit my kidneys almost bursted seeing him there where the fuck is my amytriptiline actually i need it where i can’t go away again please come back to me i keep trying and trying where has
Damn , all the comments are women talking about how" hot " Peter Weller is. I knew he wasn't an ugly guy but didn't realize how attractive he is to women. Good for him. Check out "Buckaroo Banzai" Peter is the main protagonist and it's one wild movie .
For that time, it was a brilliantly shot film, I mean the processing, how they made his whole figure without a mask with a robot half, I couldn't see the difference. Too bad he didn't play Robocop 3 already
He was right I didn't think the movie was all that violent myself just his death scene. I watched this movie too many times as a kiddie but by around 12 or 13 I grew out of it
This was a great interview but Weller is wrong when he says there's nothing "too violent" other than Murphy's death....um....the hospital scene...Bob Morton's death....Clarence getting stabbed in the neck....plus there's tons of cursing and Bob Morton motorboating a woman's tits with cocaine. Yeah this movie is brilliant but it is NOT for kids at all! haha! RoboCop 2 is even more violent in some ways because it's mean spirited.
