Not familiar with this version of the lyrics, but I certainly remember Bobby Vinton's "Melody of Love" hit with the same music...If one looks hard enough on RU-vid, they might even find Bobby singing this in Polish(!) which drove Polish girls crazy at the time, and not only them (... apparently!) but his huge female fan base around the world too...Great memories...Thanks Al, this made my evening!... Wonderful clear sound to complement a fine musical piece and catchy melody...
You had me there Alex, I thought you meant The Ink Spots 'Melody Of Love' I was thinking thats not the same tune. I looked it up on yt and yes there it was 'My Melody Of Love' sung in English and what sounds like very good Polish.
@@OldiesAlsss Glad you found it!...They sure didn't call him the Polish Prince for nothing!...Great little tune he wrote himself in the 60s but remained on the charts well into the 70s... That's why the version you posted today surprised me a bit until I realised that it was an adaptation of this Bobby Vinton song...which was in fact also taken from the original German hit by Austrian singer of the same period Elfi Graf, under the German title "Herzen haben keine Fenster" (Hearts have no windows, so you can look inside)... It's also on YT by many others, like Monika Martin...
You can look for Bobby Vinton's "My melody of love" on RU-vid and see how familiar it sounds... particularly after this!... Wonderful 70s music, but so much other good music to compare it with at the time as well!...🙋
