In this video, we share a real life look at what you would experience as a shooter in an AG Cup Qualifier 2-Day PRS match. This is only a look at Day 1. Day 2 is in the works so stay tuned for that! This match took place at MKM Precision in Kennerdell, PA.
As you'll see in the video, it was a very windy day and the targets were pretty small, with a very challenging course of fire needing to be completed in 105 seconds. You earn one point for every impact made, so some impacts at a slower pace - not completing the entire course of fire before the timer goes off - is often better than moving too fast and missing a higher percentage of the shots taken. At least, when you're first starting out, that's a smart strategy. With time and practice, speed and accuracy improve.
PRS stands for Precision Rifle Series, and you don't have to be a pro shooter or even a semi-pro to shoot in a PRS match. Everyone is welcome, male/female/youth.
