Love your videos so much Chef Denise!! I could binge watch them all day. May I know in your recipes, what is the equivalent of gelatin sheet to gelatin power? for example, if your recipe calls for 5g of gelatin sheet, how much should I use if I'm using gelatin powder instead. thanks!

Thank You so Much! 🙏😊 The important thing are the bloom of the gelatin, I used 240 Bloom gelatin, so you have to check how strong is your!

Merci pour tous les compliments ! La recette du Neutral Glaze sortira après avoir atteint 1000 likes tandis que pour la technique du tempérage au chocolat il y a la vidéo dans les fiches ou dans l'info box ! 😊
