Y’all don’t understand the pain I went through, when I wanted to go on a nostalgia trip and play it, and then the game died

A new team besides PetPet Project called PetPet Park Rebuild are trying to rebuild the game themselves since PetPet Project isn't that great and hasn't made progress on it in a long time. PetPet Park Rebuild has a subreddit, a Twitter, and a Discord server, too. They're making way more progress than PPP did, so I recommend checking them out if you want to support a team trying to revive this game.

I miss Petpet Park so much man. So many good memories, along with Littlest Pet Shop Online. 😔

i miss petpet park so much!!! i used to play this little tower defense mini game every day after school where you had to protect the princess castle from bugs or something. and i vaguely remember there being a noodle volcano... that gave you random different noodles when you clicked it. i clicked that volcano many, many, many times too many

I used to be so excited after school. Go home, eat a snack; hop on Pet Pet Park. The hours I spent playing story quests and mini games on the Nickelodeon website gave me so much joy. When the game shut down, I eventually forgot about it until recently. I’m hoping that this game gets remade someday, it brought a lot of fun to my childhood.

PetPet Park was so amazing and everyone's forgotten. It's a lost game that deserves so much more love, even when it's been shut down. I miss it so much. I just want to hang out with others and just play fun mini games with them.

I remember the servers being so full at one point it took me an hour to actually get into the game, by the end of its life there were maybe like 3 people on a single server

I forgot "e-daters" were a thing during the game's lifespan. I stumbled upon a few of them myself back then, but managed to dodge a bullet most of the time due to my younger self being so confused (and dense) about relationships in general. I think I only got through one "date" (there's so much awkwardness that I'm not sure if I could even call it a date) during the whole madness lol

Pet pet park gives me so much nostalgia, like these virtual animal games were my childhood, pet pet park and animal jam gives me nostalgia. I miss pet pet park it should not have died. I'm glad it's not just me and my brother who remembers this game existed at one point

I am on a giant nostalgia binge today for some reason and found this video. I remember this site so well. I remember that the Pinixy (?) server was the most popular and always full, I remember we couldn’t cuss so we had to say stuff like “ship” (shit). I remember seeing membership badges on people and thinking they were the coolest players on the site. I remember seeing people go up to random players and make fun of a basic clothed characters for being a “newbie”. You were just never bored on there. You’d be able to play games with the people you met and then earn points to spend in the shops. It was amazingly interactive. If New Horizons had this type of interaction with the games and interaction with the world, I’m sure it wouldn’t felt better for me. I’m 23 now and I still have such fond memories.

Jfc I remember this game, played it more then Animal Jam and Webkinz and I just wasted HOURS on that game. Really wish there will be a rewritten version or somethin.

I used to play this so often as a kid, every time I bring it up in conversation though no one knows what I'm talking about and it feels like there are no remnants of it existing on the internet.

I played this heavily when I was in 3rd-4th grade. I had a Drym pet and it was seriously underrated compared to its competition. RIP

Petpet park is my favorite. I found my love for grinding and farming mats here. Sometimes I intentionally farm more quest-limited items so I can have some at hand. It's nice to do round of quest here and there.

The songs are what hit me… sometimes every few years I replay them. It brings tears to my eyes like the pirate village songs and the circus songs. All I remmeber is popping the animal balloons with water guns while playing with my sister. Those are times YOULL never get back 😔

1:54 Oh my goodness, that tugs at my heartstrings. I miss this game so much. I think I asked my mother for membership and I knew she would eventually get around to it (because that's what she did for Animal Jam) but it shut down before that could happen. I do remember wanting to do member only things so badly, like go up into this sort of cloud city. A lot of my memories are vague, but I think the last time I was on, I was delivering a pet fish named Jewel(?) to someone but I accidentally ate it so couldn't complete the quest. PetPet Park shutting down did lead me to Animal Jam when I searched up games like it. Then again, I think I would have preferred not losing PetPet Park to finding Animal Jam, which I might have found by myself anyway. By the way, thank you so much for making a video on this game. This is the best one discussing it I've seen so far.

0:35 😭😭😭 I UNDERSTAND! I used to play with this 1 girl in elementary school, we used to occasionally play together after school back in 4th~5th grade (age 11 I don't remember what age is what grade). I moved away and we lost contact but I am yet to meet another living person that knows the game and it's killing me cause I'm pretty sure it reached 1 Milllon Players at some point (I remember there being like a golden sign that said 1,000,000 that you could place down at your home in honor of that milestone) and the fact that it was advertised on Nickelodeon which everyone I've encountered knows of and or grew up on and NO ONE I've encountered irl knows/remembers this game! I really miss this game. It was so fun, charming, and reminds me of simpler times where I was able to make friends online for the first time. Some vivid memories of this game I remember: -Seeing someone ask my brother in-game to have "es e ex" (didn't know what this meant until years later lmao) -Crying after being perma banned for saying "truth or dare" but then realizing I could avoid the ban by simply exiting the page and re-entering -Making 45 friends by dancing in Park Pointe Square
