The petrol station employee (in Leather Jacket) was really on top of his game. He knew every element of the station, and he knew the regulations. Very impressed with the employee's know-how of the station.
Actually I too run a petrol pump and DM sir was asking for rate lock but after the automation of petrol pump, the rate can only be changed by the company , the pump authorities can't change it. The rate automatically renewed at 06 A.M.
This system is known as pull system and is very famous across and we are aware about it. I do nit have knowledge about how the concerned govt officer can create influence to the explosive dept , but good initiative but technical process for measurements may have gaps need to minimise because all are not same boat brothers.

नमस्कार सर जी आप के काम को देख कर बहुत खुशी मिली मुझें इंडिया के अधिकतर पेट्रोल पंप पर कम पेट्रोल मिलता है हर पेट्रोल छोरी करते है और सरकार है तो हर पेट्रोल डीजल के दामों मे हमेसा बढ़ोतरी कर रही है

Sir I used to work for oil dispensers company in India and most machines were deployed in Indian oil and hpcl..The totaliser can be easily manipulated with the electronics control and with software settings inside. These pump owners make income by adding furnace oil and kerosene too. Some mechanics they put remote controls by which u can change the quantity of the product. These owners are paying weight and measurement department bribe and they set the machine according to the desired quality. One last thing the measuring can of 5 liter is also tempered by taking out the base and tempering. If u measure 2 to 3 different cans accuracy will change because its tempered. There are so many ways u can manipulate the final reading. The only way to stop this is automation and surprise visits every quater..

जितने भी इस IAS के साथ सरकारी बंदे है और जितने भी हरिद्वार में सरकारी लोग काम कर रहे है। उनमें से 90% से ज्यादा अच्छा काम इस पैट्रोल पंप का अकाउंटेंट कर रहा है।

On every inspection, you should have an expert from the field with you. Practical difficulties or technicalities can only be understood by experts which you assume as corruption every time.
Hello oversmart illeterate. IAS itself is no less than an expert. Why do you think IAS get such vast syllabus to study. He is DM, what are you. Now illiterates are trying to give advice to DM.

But can an IAS officer check whats the perfect fuel density when it undergoes a full refine process after fractional distillation... So plzz don't assume that an IAS officer is a god who knows everything... Everyone is perfect in his/her own field or stream... Every field has an expert...... And i had seen his all videos... In many videos...he is just trying to put charges forcely even he don't know about that whole matter.... That doesn't mean that i don't respect an IAS officer...but what he is doing is very strange...and is just for publicity...

But bro..i regret this that an IAS has an expertise in every field... If u have given IAS examination... B.tech or B.E students will not prefer medical subjects in optional examination subject... As MBBS students never prefer technical subjects... Most people prefer only political science...geography... Or another subjects..even if they have engineering or medical background... So we can't say an IAS is an expertise of every stream...and reason behind that is ...he/she has to manage the administration of this country... And administration has nothing to do with the knowledge of proper stream...but u have to be the proper knowledge to manage that system by taking experts with u of that particular field... And no doubt...many IAS officers are doing their jobs gracefully..... But i had seen many videos of this man...and he is making just unwanted charges on anybody... Respect to the pump staff. Impressive to see their daily soundings are so accurate. As someone who has been in charge of such operations I can say at times there can be discrepancies in personal records. The most important thing is what you are serving the customers and the meter reading and flask volume should always match. But surprising to see everything else is also up to date. Well done

Please college me bhi chape maaro sir. Rs. 500 ke books Rs. 2000 me lene ke liye bolte hai aur wo bhi compulsory. Project ke papers jo Rs.80 me milte hai wo college se compulsory lene padte hai Rs.1000 me. Ye Admission fee me include bhi hota hai.. alag se students ko dene padta hai.

Why he will go to police station ?? He's in a greater territory than police officers although he's an IAS and a RU-vidr he has more power than police officers
