She moves her hands and arms around more than an ASL Interpreter. She and her uncle are both obnoxious. Never lend money to family or friends. It's always a hassle getting it paid back because they always have an excuse for why they're not making payments - excuses a bank wouldn't accept. Better that if you have it to give, then just bless them with the money.
