Looks like Ridex make some decent quality bearings. You have to laugh when small daft mistakes are made, same size axel pin lol. But it didn't take you long to show it who was master :) Nothing wrong with the track rod end, (You don't want any more repairs .) And your dog did try to help, want water please . I'm happy you have evaded the evil virus, who else would put up with my daft comments lol.
Yes,looks like ,seems to hold well for now. I think i was in a hurry when i changed the damaged part,so i didn't even see there was a difference between both. I hope you are ok too,we have to wear the mask in the street too now here...
Hi. Plz help me. My peugeot 206.back rear wheel drivers side is woble bad when I drive it on 4.n 5. Y. Is that. I changed the bearing 2*. But it's still the same
Nearly, yes. It's a bearing composed of two opposed rows of tronconical bearings. It's to allow to support lateral efforts that a car experiences in curves ,the rear wheels not steering like the front ones.
@@TheWolfrein On the repair manual, they describe and distinguish the rear ends by : There are a 19.5 mm diameters torsion bars on cars with 1.1 engines and XA models cars and a 18 mm swaybar for XA models and 1.4 models only. There are 19 mm diameters torsion bars on 1.4 and 1.6 engines equipped cars and a 20mm swaybar on 1.6 engines equipped cars only All that is for the phase one of this car 1999 to 2003.
