Peugeot 208 review - First Car 

I have no issue with the steering wheel height. The steering is light but precise. I have the 1.2 puretech which sounds great on the move and pulls really well in third. His criticism of the radio channel selection is because he has not got to grips with it. Once you have selected your favourites it's simple to select them from the steering wheel. I previously has a 1.8 litre 130 bhp car and cannot tell the difference in performance, with much improved mpg.

Don't get the 1.0. it is terrible even my experienced dad struggled in a test drive. The 1.2 is much better although it's taking me time to get used to because I learnt on a diesel which isn't as easy to stall and don't need to set the gas as much.

you can always see the instruments if you change position of steering wheel. and there is the digital speed too

"Sorry officer I didn't realise I was doing 108mph, the steering wheel was in the way" I think any normal driver would know roughly what speed they were going & think they would hav the common sense to know they were going that fast, my neighbour has 1 and says it's not even a problem cos it doesn't block ur whole view.

I find this car very comfortable and a great drive,if you cant see the dials, lower the steering wheel or adjust your chair. simples main issue is the steering, it's feels abit lifeless although for a 1.2 the engine is fantastic, more like a 1.4
