Keep your GTI's! Best comment in t he video 👌👌 I have the 308 T9 1.6HDI GT Line and I absolutely love it. Very reliable car and car's! I'll own Peugeots till I die. Will be upgrading to a GTI next year for sure, possibly a Hurricane Grey one 👌

Going to get my callipers checked out! I bought the car from Peugeot and they said that they had already been replaced under warranty. I may upload a video of my 308 GTI, it’s cat back straight pipped and sounds fucking awesome. I feel like people need to hear it!

Thanks for the info! I'm watching this expecting to see issues with the engine, but seeing your only issue is with the brakes, I'm glad that I have the 308 GT with 205 hp and without these huge brakes. The 308 GTi seems like another beast and amazing.

Great, thorough review man. I've been considering buying a second hand one of these or a new Hyundai i20N. Still in 2 minds. Almost seems as if the 308 GTI was Hyundai i20N's blue print! I'm sure the engine of this car is far superior.

Fantastic review! this was the review i was looking for. In the market for one within the next 4 months hopefully. Really got my heart set on one of these. Never really been a fan of french cars had stupid amount of cars as i get bored easy currently bmw m140i ( fast but handles like a boat) and i fell out of love for it after 7 months of ownership. Did really like fiesta st180 which i had 245bhp but to small for kids. Anyway the wife got a pug e2008 and its really nice apart from i want a hot hatch thats practical and is decent on fuel.

Hi where did you get your induction kit from I can’t find one for my 308 gti anywhere?

I am thinking about buying one of these, but the potential issue with the calipers is putting me off. The car im looking at has done 140.000km and i have no idea if the calipers have been changed. I guess there is no way of checking them without taking the caliper off and taking out the pistons?

I have a Peugeot 308 1.6thp 125hp 2013 mk2. And having issiues with idle. Ive changed belt, timing chain, and i still cant figure out whats wrong with it. Has any of you guys had that problem. Please let me know.

Aup dude, picked car up today and its amazing, so nice lol. Only problem is when driving or stationary turning the wheel left and right theres clicking coming from the front. Is this normal or is this something to be looked at. Thanks mate

Timing belt went bad on my 1.2, 130hp, year 2015 -only at 28000 miles, change it early vuz it might dissolve in the engine, also ut seems timing belt is better on newer models but careful with it, look it when you change the oil, its visible from down under, also might be visible from oil cap- look for any tear

Good stuff. Getting some new PS4S tyres. Getting the front 2 done. Is it essential to get all 4 done or will I still feel the benefit of the 2 news ones still. Need to get a service so that’s why I’m asking because don’t really want to buy the 4 plus a major service.

Ahoj Ejdy. Prepáč, že ťa oslovujem cez you tube, ale nikoho nepoznám v mojom okolí kto vlastní toto auto. Mám záujem kúpiť si 308 gti, ale jazdenku. Tak 3-4 roky starú. Prosím ťa, na čo si mám dávať pozor, má toto auto vyložene nejakú slabinu. Mal si z niečim problém, čo motor. Ďakujem ti veľmi pekne za odpoveď a nech ti auto dobre slúži.

14k on the clock and my calipers were seized only done 1700miles in it thankfully peugeot sorted it out for me £2800 Bill for them 😬🤣
