No it is hybrid it has a V6 twin turbo with hybrid motors on front axles to make 671 horsepower.

It's not a full electric, it's a hybrid that uses a 670HP twin turbo V6 to charge the electric generator unit for a combined 940HP maximum output. It launches from the pits and drives in the paddock (as seen here) using only the electric motor though

It's a hybrid with a 265HP electric motor mated to a 670HP twin turbo V6. Usually when they're driving around the pits they just use the electric motor.
