Just signed up for one. Honda cannot even give us a date on when the ADV350 will be available, and even when it will be, I think the XP400 would crush this opponent hands down.
I just hope that Honda would somehow make an upgrade from the ADV 350 and make an ADV 400 instead asap. Not just for the Expressway Legal Tag here in the Philippines, but more so due to the increased competition and raising of the bar by Peugeot worldwide, for their entry to the ADV market/category. Competition like this is definitely needed, in order to bring the very best out of these motorcycle companies!
@@erkutgurun The unfortunate problem though is that I'm not a fan of Kymco in terms of design styling. The Peugeot XP 400 is quite aggressive with its styling wherein Honda ADV now has a serious competitor in the Premium Category (not including the X-ADV).
it looks like an incredibly built scooter and it's got the hardware you'd expect from a big Euro brand, but php 555,900 for this feels like a pretty tall ask. For just 50k more you already get the Kymco AK550 with its excellent twin cylinder engine, more storage space, a more refined ride and build quality that's just as good, although that maxi scoot may be for a different kind of rider. For me, this scooter is a tough sell, but I admire what Peugot is trying to do here and I'm surprised that it sold out that quickly.
Pro: wheel size (!), mono rear shock, dual front brakes, stretched wheelbase. Con: lack of locked storage space. Needs to fit XL full face helmet as a minimum.
From a budget and price standpoint, will the Kymco Xciting VS400 be a far more better or practical choice? Still waiting for the full and comprehensive review of the Kymco Xciting VS400 from Makina.
at first sight of this bike i really like it, but the price maaaan. at that price point i think i would consider adding a little more and get the rebel 1100 for more power and the timeless looks. but of course bikes that i mentioned are not the same. if only money is not an issue it’s good to get both.
did not mention the weight at all. Kept on talking about aesthetics and avoided talking about performance. Hirap talaga pag makikinig ka sa taong binayaran para imarket ang motor. Sinabi mo sana mabagal ang takbo dahil mabigat!
