Peyek Kembang Goyang - Flower Shaped Peanut Crackers
Ingredients
250 grams White Rice Flour;
30 grams or 2 tbsp Tapioca Flour;
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder;
1 tsp Coriander Powder;
1 tsp Salt;
½ tsp MSG or flavoring, to taste;
4 pieces of lime leaves;
350 ml of Coconut Milk Solution (65 ml of Coconut Milk dissolved with water to a volume of 400 ml, if you use 1 egg per 1 for this recipe, then the volume of water is reduced by just 350 ml);
200 grams Peanuts, cut into 2 so they cook quickly, brew briefly with boiling water, drain.
Ingredients for the Ground Spices
2 toasted Candlenut;
2 cloves of Garlic;
3 Shallots, optional;
1 section of Aromatic Ginger.
Note
For a heavier result aka more volume and crispier texture, then you can add 1 egg.
