Hilarie Burton Morgan said that while filming an intense fight scene with Sophia Bush in episode 4*15 that she accidentally smacked Sophia in the head while they were rolling around on the ground because when Hilarie was bringing her arm across to go and get Sophia's other hand right as she leaned forward and Hilarie ended up cracking Sophia in the head and Bush said that they were both supposed to go in the same direction but that she ended up going the wrong way and Bush said that she saw everybody's facial expressions meaning that they also heard the crack so they stopped for a minute to make sure that she wasn't seriously hurt.
