From Peyton's Places Season 1 Episode 26: Peyton and his favorite rival, Tom Brady, hit golf balls in Jim Nantz's backyard and reminisce about their epic battles. #peytonmanning #tombrady #nfl #football #sports
Peyton dresses like a New Orleans southern gentleman with the colors while Tom looks ready for a front cover photoshoot for GQ. The duality in these two QBs hahaha
That’s what makes all parts of life so great all the differences within the differences!! Because it would be an extremely boring world if everyone was the same!! But the most ironic thing people hate change and would be comfortable than change anything which extremely boring as hell 😂😂😂😂😂
The funny thing is he literally always wears that jacket. I saw him at Venice (Italian restaurant in Denver) and he was wearing it. I've also seen him in a bunch of other videos wearing it. Gotta love a guy with endless money getting mileage out of a piece of clothing 😂
I’m sure somebody somewhere has a list of DB’s and LB’s who have intercepted passes from both Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. My guess is that list includes Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, and Darrell Revis.
See how awesome their natural chemistry is? Now imagine they're chilling just talking and then Aaron Rogers showed up... I wish I could see the reaction and conversation that would happen.
Peyton doesn't disappoint when he has all time greats like Tom to shoot the breeze. Their humor is as good as their play. The mutual respect they have for one another is evident throughout the video.
Hilarious.....that's HOW dudes are, all dudes.....that respect each other. We NEEDLE them.... and watching these two together in football retirement is a treat.
This is Jim Nantz’s backyard. He built a replica of Number 7 at Pebble Beach. The superintendent of the course even gave him a topographical map of the green so he could perfectly replicate it.
I see "Brett Farve" wont go away. Ttrue GOAT's know that upon retirement, unless you go into broadcasting, you quietly fade into the background. Way to go, Joe!
they should have a show together, two of the best right here. you can feel the respect they have for each other. peyton seems like the nicer guy, prolly why tom went further in football. ya cant have it all. tom was like mj.....they chose only greatness. now they seem like ghosts, that they cant play anymore. feel bad for em. peyton seems to have kept more of his heart in tact. watch out for the yeast of the pharisees broskis
@@Ryan-wx1biBrady did have 3 rings in his first 4 years as the starter haha 01, 03, and 04. Then 10 years without winning one. Same gap could happen to Mahomes.
@@amgbenz0664 I literally said just going off of rings is lame lol. I just stated a fact that even Tom Brady had a big gap between Super Bowl wins. It’s always possible Mahomes won’t win another one🤷🏻♂️ it’s unlikely but always possible. I’m not trying to argue that Mahomes can’t catch Brady lol idk what you were reading but I didn’t say that.
Man just a great interview back and forth that is top-notch boys from Indianapolis we love you both and Mr Brady at some point I hated you but gosh dang it you're so good
Every year, for nearly twenty years under TB, the Patriots had a winning record and went to the playoffs winning six super bowls. No team has done that well in any sport. Yes, even though Brady had some luck (tuck rule, Falcons meltdown, Seahawks 1 yd Int), there really may never be anything like that stretch in sports again. And you may say it's Bill Belichick's system, but as soon as Brady left, the Pats went back to the pre-Brady years of losing. Amazing
Kurt Warner and Tom Brady got their jobs the same way basically the starting quarterback gets injured in the beginning of the season and when they got the ball they never put it back down again they both showed Hall of Fame quarterbacks that their own teams didn't realize they had
I live 35 miles from Knoxville and have always bled orange so I was never a fan a Brady but it was because he was so dang good. These guys have mutual respect for each other because they fought so hard every time they played each other. They will go down in history as 2 of the best to play the position.
I don't think anyone can lead a team or locker room of testosterone studs without having a calm and humble demeanor. These guys are legends, but know it's not about them, and teams can sense that. Most of the conversation is about other people.
Brady’s story is a perfect example of success in life. Much of it is luck. No matter how hard you work, unless you’re in the right place at the right time. You may never get it. Imagine if Bledsoe never got injured that day. Brady would never be here. Yes he took advantage. But the opportunity has to be there to take. Many of us just don’t get that opportunity.
Most of human outcomes are luck. The smartest, most talented human being who's ever existed might be on Earth right now, but if they were born in Gaza or South Sudan they'd probably never even know it let alone have any opportunity to do anything about it.
As a diehard patriots fan, I remember being in ninth grade watching that game live when Bledsoe got hurt. Then seeing this Brady guy jogging out to the field and I was just thinking “oh my God this guy is going to suck“ 😂
Two things I take away from this video: 1. Brady being a fan of Montana and Peyton being a Marino guy perfectly encapsulate them as players. 2. When I think about it their on the field play throughout their careers they were always trending in opposite directions. Brady started as a game manager and Manning finished as one. Peyton started as a 300 yard per game passer Brandy finished as one. Obviously they met in the middle as consistent MVP candidates.
The massive difference was the way both performed in the playoffs. Manning was an almost mathematically impossible 1 and out in the playoffs 10 times and once lost a WC game to the Jets 41-0 and a SB 43-8 and Brady was the polar opposite in playoff games.
The Colts had a terrible defense must of Manning 's career..Vome on.now. You must be a total casual. Peyton would have won many more championships on the Patriots roster than the Colts. The Patriots were the better organization and played suffocating D.
@@rabbitscryptos7757You must be a casual because there's more to it than that. The Colts were a far better home team than away team......a big part of their offensive explosion comes from them playing on turf in their dome and Manning was more comfortable in the dome. However, Manning struggled on the road in the playoffs, especially in cold weather. There were several playoff games where the Colts had single digit points on the board at the end of the game.......how is their defense at fault for the offense not scoring? Use your brain.
