Up there with my favourite DHG videos. Fascinating to watch your round and listen to your explanation of each shot, good or bad. A treat to see Paul on the channel and the brothers competing together again.
Good to see Paul back in action (in front of the camera at least) and even a fleeting glimpse of Lester was to be had too! You guys ham and egged it pretty well. Some of it wasn't pretty - the golf course looked in good nick though - but that's often the way pairs formats go. Grafting your way to second place is not a bad result!
Brilliant video and great to see two brothers who are really good friends as well. This looks a tough track especially off the tee. Well played! Oh and Gilly’s wee cheeky comments are priceless as always. Keep them coming lads.

You talk about playing the 3rd from the hotel terrace, I’ve played Bovey on a day when a wedding party has done just that, prior to my teeing off. There were around 300 yellow range balls on the 3rd green when i got there, and the same amount of pitch marks!!

Great video, really enjoyable and great see that Gilly is himself even in tournaments. Am I right in thinking he used to be a member there as a young boy in the mid 90s ? Sure when I worked there in the kitchens he was winning everything and everyone was talking about him even remember him doing work experience with Richard Lewis and Glen and Chris in the pro shop. Must get back gor a round in the summer .

Question for you guys. When you want to do a low punchy iron, how far back do you put it in the stance, and does it carry further due to being delofted?

I would have to disagree, the overall experience of Bovey Castle is impressive. It is unique for Devon & Cornwall and the course is just a gem to play, obviously just my opinion and you are fully entitled to yours 👍
