Pay attention to elevation changes. Use more club (or two) for uphill shots and take less club on downhill shots.

You've got a great grasp of the game for the most part, a few things like elevation is throwing you off. Just think like this with golf elevation, almost like riding a bike, if the hole is downhill to you, less power, if it's uphill to you, you need more power. Sand -30/-40 yards, Rough -15/-20 yards, 1st Cut -10 yards. Your chipping is fantastic! Just friendly tips, and great video, hope you roll out a series!

Trev, to truly get on top of the PGA series, you have to learn how to utilise the hook, slice, top and bottom when striking the ball. This will help you navigate around course obstacles and use the wind to your advantage.

This game was mine and my dad’s favourite game on the ps2 we always played with each other one after the other and even though I never played the real game because of my physical limitations that was the way he could show me one of his favourite sport!! So really glad to see you play this game!!

line up the blue tracer line instead of that arrow on the ground that’s been helping me a ton I was lining up that arrow at the start aswell until I noticed the line was usually quite abit off 😂 remember elevation is huge aswell. hope this helps. love the content, hope to see this as a series!

Love the video as always Keep it going I think the issue is the elevation if you're lower than the target you have to use more power "more distance for the ball to travel" and Vice versa 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 Look forward to seeing more and that almost hole in one 🫣🫣

Playing on quick will give you 4-6 holes per round and it changes which holes you play each round so you do end up playing 1 round of all 18 holes.

I'm not getting into golf, I've been diving head first back into baseball. MLB has been amazing this year, from the World Baseball Classic to the new rules, it's been really exciting.

elevation plays a big factor on all shots especially putts, if your in the sand/rough in the bottom right under the ball it tells you the percentage of power you get out of the club

I’m 2hrs into EA SPORTS PGA TOUR which also happens to be my first Golf game ever played & I can vividly understand how Happy Gilmore felt in that Clown Scene on the mini-golf course haha. Still I’m definitely having fun! ⛳️😂🍿

Try playing around with the spin on the ball with the left stick aim under the ball will get it to stop on those short greens and aiming on top on drives will help you get the roll you need on the fairway

11:11 This 45 footer is 2ft down. You need to put the aiming marker to 22 ft for the right distance. Every inch you should move the aiming marker by 1 foot.

Love the series. Maybe you pick a couple of select tournaments to play through completely. Not sure how else you’d progress!

You have to pay attention to the height of the green. Up arrow means the green is above your feet so you'll need to hit further.. down arrow is the exact opposite.

I can appreciate you turning off the putt line. I'm at the point where I'm ready for the next challenge and will be turning mine off as well. I noticed a couple times you had your club set right, distance anticipated well but you might want to check the blue line as it will give you a good indicator where the ball will go with the wind. I enjoyed your mannerisms and passion. You made it fun to watch.

no single day full round play in career mode, They had it in Tiger woods PGA 2012 so I guess I will go back to playing that, still the best golf game with ALL things Considered.

If you haven’t i suggest plying some of the challenges it helps ease you into understanding shots and their effects

For the putting adjust 1ft for every inch of incline/decline should help with the weighting.

I love how this game is basically like real life golf. Nothing makes you more frustrated but also you love it haha.

The closer you get ur chip shots, the easier ur putts will be.. be more aggressive, you'll thank urself. 3-4 wind doesn't affect ur ball THAT much either. 6 is when you'll see a noticeable mid-flight drift or fade from the ball

I think the best way to play it is do quick rounds the first three days and do full on sundays. That’s how I always played it.

Bought your first set huh Trev?? What brand you go with?? This is how it starts lol That smile says it all. Next year at this time you'll justify dropping 3K on a set. And honestly it is..Only as good as your swing allows. But trust me good clubs help. Im at like a 10/12 handicap myself 😮 Jelous you have that beautiful florida weather whilst in Chicago its basically from april to oct. Then thats it winter comes quick here 😊
