I have a question. I just got invited. I will be my sponsor. My mum will be principally applicant. I just need one account to apply PGP right? Not under my mom’s name. So I upload all documents in one account? Or my mom and me as sponsor need account?
Great video! need Help! - I got a letter from IRCC after submission saying my application isn't complete and to fill in 5406e with handwritten signatures. What Im trying to figure out is - As I am the sponsor for my divorced mom, I have three brothers over the age of 22 who are not Canadian PR or citizens. Being over 22 disqualifies them from being dependent (A child who is less than 22 years of age and not a spouse or common-law partner...) based on my understanding of the definition of dependents. So do I require just one hand-signed form for the PA (my mom), or do I need 4 forms for PA plus for each of my 3 siblings. In addition, if anyone has filled in the form and got it hand-signed, my brothers are all single with no kids, so does their form look exactly like that of my mum (PA) for Sections A, B and C? Just that from my siblings perspective the 5406e sections don't make sense as the imm5406e seems to be tailored for PA to fill in not dependents? Unlike online where you pick "on behalf of..." and the form changes to accommodate a dependent's perspective. Also in the imm0008, I stated no dependents based on the fact that my brother are all over 22 years of age. What am I missing?
