Hey bro, while filling IMM 5406e it states 'This form must be completed by: You, as the principal applicant, Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)' So do we have to submit two copies one for PA & another for Spouse?
If I am not wrong you are advising us to enter additional family members information irrespective of whether they accompany or not, yet in the final document checklist you suggested not to select the checkbox against IMM5406 for all other family members. Sounds contradictory. Appreciate it if you can clarify this please? Thanks.
Thanks allot for putting together such a great informative video. I do have a few quick questions and would highly appreciate your comment on them. In the video you mentioned that the PA (Principal Applicant), which in my case would be my spouse, when filling up this 5406 Form, she will have to do it through her account log in with IRCC so does that mean that it is only for this form 5406 or all the forms that we both will fill up along the way in this whole process of me sponsoring her for PR will be done through her account log in with IRCC? The other question is about the dependents, one of my child who is not citizen, I understand will go as a dependent on her application but what about my other kids who are already citizens, will they be mentioned as well as dependents on her form or they do not need to be mentioned as dependents on the form since of course they are already citizens? For the Principal Applicant - John Doe IMM 5406 Additional Family Information (for Principal Applicant): The Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) is missing or incomplete. Please provide a current, completed and signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependents aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Is tht with application number! If it is tht means its AOR, next step is to connect it to status tracker app by creating account there, IRCC will contact you through tht only then! Hope this ll help and reduce ur guys worry .🎉

@@UmmEFarwa-mk4ng I submitted in aug and got after two month, make sure u create account in tracker app they send you all updates there only! And also if they need any more documents it will mention there including bio, medical,ppr,copr.

@@UmmEFarwa-mk4ng depending on how quickly officer upload request to your account and right now they delay in there system . So even I still haven't recieved any update after I got my AOR last Friday .

I have question, I read in their guide that "All of your family members (who are not already a Canadian citizen or permanent resident) need to pass a medical exam, even if they aren’t applying to come to Canada with you. Failure to declare and have family members examined will affect your application, and your ability to sponsor them in the future." And added my parents and older brother, and I really worry that they ask to do medical exam for all of us. We just will not have opportunity to fly all together and spent so much money in these special clinics. Is it true, that I will have problems with application?

My husband is Canadian who wants to sponsor me, and I just added in Additional Family Information my parents and sibling. So still confused if they really need to get medical exam? Like actually whole family of spouse usually go for medical exam? I'm sorry for taking your time
@@samhew652 then they wont be required to do medical. simply list your family in additional information and submit your application. and that's it. Nothing else to do. Only you will need medical for this application. Your parents and siblings(mentioned above) will not need medical at this point.
Thank you for the video. I just wanted to double check, so since there is no place to write the signature on these forms (IMM 0008, 5406, 5669, and 5562) it is still accpted even though it asks us to double check on the checklist IMM 5533 form? Basically, is it okay to send our application without the signatures, since it doesnt have a place to write it? Thank you for your answer.
For 0008, 5406 and 5562, you digitally sign at the end (just before you submit your application ) in the declaration section of your application by typing your name. These forms don’t have a signature section of their own. 5669 has a declaration section of its own.
