How to find a BOSS like JAY PARK ? I mean, he treats his artists with respect and he earns much as well from them. That is how a company should do. All of Jay Park’s artists look so comfortable when they were around Jay, they interact like friends but at the same time they are thankful and have respect so much towards Jay. That is how you treat your artist or people who are working with you, so that they will have the positive spirit to work everyday. He has been a great leadja from the beginning anyway. 츤데레 박재범 aomg에선 로꼬 몰이하더니 하이어에선 치원 몰이. 근데 로꼬는 순딩이처럼 당하는스탈이라면 치원인 당하면서도 쫑알쫑알 소심하게 반격함ㅋㅋㅋ

Jay is describing how he signed PH-1 to highr music. Basically when Jay first met Ph-1 he didnt really have a good impression of him or more like he didnt think much of him but when he heard Ph-1's music Jay thought it was really good and wanted to sign him to Highr Music right away. But back then Highr Music was basically non-existent, there was nothing online you can find out about it so Jay was joking around saying that Ph-1 thought that Jay was scamming/swindling him into signing a contract because when Jay asked him to join Highr Music the first thing Ph-1 mentioned was about the terms of the contract basically implying Ph-1 didnt trust Jay. Then Ph-1 defends himself by saying that he didn't know much about the Korean music scene and he hasn't lived in Korea so he was worried that the contract might be fake or have bad terms and conditions. Also Jay keeps mentioning how Ph-1 barely had any followers on social media/insta yet he wanted to sign him and as soon as they started working together on music and videos then Ph-1's followers significantly went up. Basically Jay is lifting Ph-1 with words of encouragement by complimenting his music and then pulling Ph-1 back down by saying his music is good but his personality is meh/so-so. Ph-1 was like you could've just kept complimenting me but you had to bring me down couldn't you just keep lifting me up(obviously in a joking manner). Near the end Jay is talking about how ph-1 was worried that he wasn't doing that well in terms of his music/popularity and Jay basically gave him advice and told him not to worry about those things. That popularity comes and goes just work hard and it'll balance itself out and that it's a good thing that through this up and down in their careers that they're in highr music together. Then Ph-1 did SMTM and gained more popularity and followers and even after SMTM Ph-1 continues to gain popularity and then Jay kinda teases Ph-1 saying, now people are saying Ph-1 is handsome and Jay is teasing him saying he is surprised as to why people would think ph-1 is handsome. Then Jay reminds ph-1 again about how his personality is so-so and how Jay can't believe ph-1 thought that he was a scammer/swindler (jokingly teasing him of course) and Ph-1 denying it.

Jay is a born leader. That's why he knows a talent when he sees one.
