Here's my opinion, not politics but on journalism and reportage: There was no need to describe the ship as "Chinese-made" since it has no real bearing on the report. "Decommissioned warship" would have been enough. By describing the vessel as "Chinese-made", it seems someone is trying to ignite anti-Chinese sentiment.

Even the military don't really want to state that way and it's just another decommissioned shipped used for exercise. It just so happens it was originally Chinese built ship which is already too old and originally used as civilian tanker, not military ship. There will be countless of Chinese-built ships around even in Philippines, it should not be even worth mentioning. Just like most products we used are made in China even though company brand is from somewhere else.

It’s just a media hype to gain attention. It could have been any ship made in another country. This media source just wants to stress that it’s made in China to focus on the present situation in the WPS, which the Balikatan Exercises did not even mention specifically. This video should have highlighted the capabilities of the PN in firing a live missile for the first time and hitting a target, instead of mentioning the target’s country of origin. That’s irrelevant.

The d deaths happened outside the square, caused by mobs attacking PLA soldiers z some of whom were burned alive. Read a Columbia University journalism review and you will know what really happened. It's really not as simple as "oh two countries on tension = russia vs ukraine". Ukraine-russia has a strong history and geopolitics that underly it. Our country, YET, has never been even remotely close from the possibility that we'll be the so called Ukraine. It is so unlikely that is should never even make sense to bring this about.

Doubt, China cant afford to go to war against any other country and risk losing their resources towards Taiwan which is their primary target.

It will not. China is not after the territory. It wants to invade Taiwan without the US interfering. But since the Ph has US military bases, it is difficult for China to invade Taiwan unless they control the Ph seas first.

They are firing using tanks, not missiles.. Missiled can be countered but tanks bullet cannot. Its like a big gun bullet. Even the israel's iron dome cannot stop tank bullet.. Ukraine can even counter missiles from russia but cannot counter tank bullet..
