Simon is a Professor of Pharmaceutics at University College London - he teaches all aspects of medicine design and runs a large research group 3D printing medicines, uncovering the science of probiotics and all sorts of other cool stuff! He's appeared on many TV shows (Trust Me I'm a Doctor, Food Unwrapped, The Tonight Show, Secrets of Your Supermarket Foods among others) and loves being in front of a camera!
