Hello I have a question! On the question at 13:21 you said the answer C was wrong because we need an order for it, but on previous videos you have said that if it’s on the question we should assume that we have a order for it. I just want to clarify when should we assume there’s and order for a medication in the answers and when she we know that we need to call the md for an order? Also, thank you so much you literally got me through nursing school, now I’m confident going into NCLEX with your videos ❤
