Hummmm.... I eat meat, fish, fowl, seafood, and eggs. I consume all the fat attached to the meat, and butter. I consume pounds/kilograms of salt every year. I don't eat fruit, vegetables, grains. I try to avoid seed oils. And, I have good blood pressure.
