Greetings all! I watched Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania the other day. Is it any good? Nope. Is Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in trouble. Maybe.

Lol that thumbnail is great lol. Also, I just think the movie is decent. I don’t hate it like so many other people do. I’d still rather watch this movie over ant man 2. It’s clear that this movie underwent a lot of studio meddling/reshoots. But I think marvel has lost its luster. Things are messy as hell.

Spoilers. But I don’t feel like they did Kang justice since he lost already in this one. He got beaten by a bunch of ants. They should have let him win.

@@JTISREBORN I talked about that a bit but I removed it from the video, but yeah I was suprised that the ants actually weakened him like that. If Kang fought him before then wouldn't he know that Ant-man has an army of ants at his disposal?

@@OfficialCinematicTrash I think Marvel is just messy anymore. I heard they start shooting Movies before they have finished scripts anymore. Which is a big problem and it shows with how the quality of phase 4 and now phase 5 are. It’s not as good as it used to be.

I was hoping everything would be great but as long as kang was great I would've been happy if the rest of the movie was just entertaining. And that's exactly what I got.

is mediocre entertaining now? particularly with the previous superior entries? is that what we are left to do? But individually, as long as people enjoy it, who cares? its interesting as the media is no longer shilling for Marvel ..

@@SuperOmnicronsj44 yes, mediocre can be entertaining. Even awful can be entertaining. You never seen the room or birdemic? Of all the qualities a movie can have, entertaining is the most subjective of all. And I'm ok with that. I wasn't expecting Citizen Kang.

That's okay, I do agree this Ant-Man film is better than some MCU entries but as the kickoff for Phase 5 it still falls very flat

If not for Kang this would've surpassed Capitan Marvel as the worse MCU movie ever to me..I would've gave it a 0/10... it was literally a 3/10 to me solely because of Johnathan Majors

i dont think they thought they would do AntMan 3 to introduce a Kang variant and so Janet van Dyme did not meet Kang ...she was in a blackhole for 30 years ...lol so she had no story to tell and so the writers decided to keep the same energy otherwise people would and are asking why did she keep quiet in Antman 2 lol

It was an ok movie. Nice to know that average sucks now. Pretty sure neither the writer nor director are doing another movie in phase 5 so to say that all of phase 5 is doomed is hyperbole defined. FYI, not liking a movie doesn't mean it sucks.

Like I always say: Its okay to like bad movies. Btw Jeff Loveness is the writer for Avengers: Kang Dynasty, so based on what I've seen from him, a huge event-like movie that Kang Dynasty is meant to be will end up being average or worse.
