Normally in most places in Europe they ask for a max 2 page CV same as in India with a page limit. Will make a video on that soon :)

Check my PhD in Netherlands playlist where I have mentioned about academic transfer inany videos where you can see the PhD vacancies and apply for that University. All your questions will be answered in that playlist. To my knowledge an agent can't apply for your PhD because it is just like a job. So, mostly it is a fraud if they say so. No, you can’t do PhD in Europe immediately after Bachelors. Masters is mandatory

There isn't a general CGPA. It really varies from university to university and program to program. So, please check the website
