No..It's in West Jaintia Area. Jarrain Village. Wei Sawdong is in Sohra.

Oh great 👍🏻 The trek condition is ok. It's manageable. The fall itself will have a guide. Just search for Jarrain Village and without entering Jowai there's a short cut from Shillong. Make sure to bring extra clothes with you especially if you want to get to the bottom of the fall, the water sprinkled much. It took us about 7/8 mins to reach the bottom. Enjoy 👌🏽
