This video is the fifteenth installment of me, Phen, attempting the 75 Hard Challenge. This is my VLOG for Day 15. It is also Day 15 of my journey towards becoming the strongest man that I can be. This is a spirtual, physical, and emotional journey. It is not for the faint of heart, and I am excited to be walking this road.
Something I am still hearing from the Lord through multiple avenues: “Slow down. Enjoy the moment. Live life slowly.”

This challenge has 5 rules:
1. Two 45 minute work outs a day (1 has to be outside no matter what)
2. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book a day.
3. Pick a meal plan and stick to it with no cheat meals or alcohol
4. Drink a gallon of water a day.
5. Take a progress picture each day.
