Man-dangle Cupped Chrome, go Carnivore for three weeks like Cruzie and you will feel amazing for the big launch! I did three months ago adding avocados, coffee and tea and im no longer have diabetes, heart disease, and Chronic fatigue! Bout Time to go Nomadic after 7 years of living vicariously through you!! Thank You.
hikers use diluted vinegar, its a cheap disinfectant. and nice way to clean stuff, put in a spray bottle, and give your plate a few sprays and wipe with paper towel. save the wetwipes for washing your butt and face lol :)
Beware of outhouses up north, especially in spring. Black bears are known to hibernate in them! Carcross is approx 100 miles from Skagway, AK. You can drive the Klondike Hwy or take the Yukon/White Pass RR (passenger only). This is a narrow gauge track, built during gold rush era (1899). Skagway is packed w/tourists each summer due to cruise ships. Back in Carcross - this town is where Native Yukoners Skookum Jim, Tagish Charlie, & Kate Carmacks were from. This trio first to find gold in Bonanza Creek outside Dawson City.
Totally agree with the outhouse fear. I'm in Australia and worry about snakes and spiders biting my nether regions. Nobody wants to die on the outhouse.
If you’ll put your fruits and veggies in a little vinegar water for 5 minutes, it will remove pesticides-or at least some of them. Just a bit of great grandmotherly advice.
It’s was called the crapper bc Thomas Crapper invented it😂. Look it up! It began to be called the John bc John Harrington invented the first flushing toilet.
Canada have a lot of beautiful places.. Thank you Chrome for showing us beautiful places. I might be or will not have a chance to go there but at least i can see alot of beautiful places in Canada you have shown on your channel.
When I was a Boy Scout many years ago and we went to the local permanent campground for a week, we had to use an outhouse and a separate marine funnel stuck in a pipe in the ground. The outhouse we were told was Aunt Tilly and the other, appropriately enough, was Uncle Funnel, and served as our urinal. They were trying to keep the seat in the outhouse dry by directing us to use the funnel for the appropriate purpose. Now, regarding the outhouse, the joke always was that someone had once put a microphone and speaker in the outhouse so that when a user arrived and perched themselves in the appropriate place, a voice from the speaker could announce, “Hey, don’t drop that thing, I’m painting down here.“ 😂
Chrome, do you think during one of your episodes you could talk about what your realistic monthly budget is while you’re van-living full time ? I don’t mean your shop costs or your fixed expenses back on the island, just your budget while you’re on the road living Fulltine . Thanks
Carcross is amazing, I was there in mid May and the snow had just left the desert but was still thick in the mountains. So happy to see it again though your eyes. Keep it Real!
The state of Maine in the USA has a place called the Desert of Maine, over near Freeport, ME. It was created in the 1800s when the farmers plowed the area. The top soil wasn't very deep. Underneath the top soil was sand left behind by melting glaciers from the last ice age. Enjoy your trip.
I LIKE THE WAY CUTEE CRUZZIE WAITS PATIENTLY FOR CHROME TO SORT OUT CAMP AND GET HIS RAMP STAIRS....AND ONLY START WALKING AFTER CHROME GIVES HIS COMMAND ADORABLE 😍
I really like that Yukon Lifestyle pull over you’re wearing! Loved it when you were trying to get a response from cruzie and when you mentioned the word “treats” he couldn’t have looked up any quicker!
I always think my dog is deaf until I say Treats or open a bag of Cheese, then her hearing is miraculously restored🤣 "My dog can't lick his own balls, my dog's tongue is cleaner than yours"-Chrome LOL hilarious 😂
Thanks for all the inspiration from your videos! We made it to the Yukon on the 21st and left Watson Lake yesterday to head south and home. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Happy to see where your travels took you, and us, today. Very beautiful area and can easily see why you decided to camp there. Too bad that creek water ran too fast for Cruzie to go into it though. 😞. Thanks for ending your video with your cute travel companion. We all do so love 💕 Cruzie!✅💕🐾💕🐾💕🐾💕🐾 Enjoy your travels and stay safe. Until the next one…💕
This spots was one of my favorites. Away from crazy, surrounded by beauty, perfect. Thise little communities intrigue me. Those are the places I like to visit.
I agree 100% with the whole outhouse or Porta John type bathrooms. I'm more afraid of some big wood spider jumping on my danglers than a bat. That's why I'd rather just dig a little hole off in the bush and call it a day!!!✌🏼✌🏼 Safe Travels
In Australia we call that kind of toilet, the Long Drop. Chrome I for one am so glad you filmed today, you really do show how beautiful country is and just how much you love it, makes me want to explore my own country more. BTW Cruzie is the most adorable pup on You Tube. What a blessing to have such a wonderful travelling companion. ✌✌keep your double v's up love your content babe!!!
We have an outhouse at our cabin in Northern Wisconsin. Once at Thanksgiving, we drove 5 hrs to get there. The first thing I did was run down there to pee. Anyway, I peed on a family of red squirrels. For the rest of the week, they tried to pee on me! The noise they made trying to get out was very scary 😨 😳
I sure appreciate you chrome, wow, is this just breathtaking look at those mountains in that river run through there that’s just awesome👍👍😎

It's a silver mine as far as I know. Friend went in there with his camera when we drove by ten years ago. And now this video reminds me off how much I miss the Yukon.
I remember when I was young using an outhouse and felt something crawling… jumped up and a big bug scurried off. Thar bees reason to grab your mandanglers! 😂
So glad you took our advice and headed south down the Klondike HGWY. It is absolutely stunning. It is on my top 5 most scenic drives for sure. Hopefully you continue south and see the rest of this amazing road. And don't bypass the desert, it's worth a walk around. Enjoy your time in this glorious area and stay safe.
I love that you are going through all the areas I just did too because you capture it so perfectly on film. I travel much slower than you because I have to sit still M-F for work, but I’m glad to see you’ve enjoyed the Yukon as much as me.
6:00 I got stung in the balls by a hornet using those outhouses in a camp back when I was 13 yo. That's why a have a crapper in my camper and use it allot.
I have a portable john in the trunk of my car. It folds up so it doesn't take much space. If I need to use a public restroom, I bring it in with me. If the restroom is gross, I set it up and use that.
We were just over that way on the US side in Skagway about a week or so before you posted this video. We rode the train into Canada. Did not get off it just basically changed directions just past the boarder. It’s so beautiful out that way! All your travels this year makes me want to travel even more.
Yes, it was chrome I’m glad you turned the camera on today. Also, outstanding episode. Well, I’ll watch for the next one until next time. Peace and chicken grease🐶😁👍👍👋👋😎
I'm with you Chrome about the outhouses. I always think there's snakes 🐍 down there 🙃 and the smells 🤮 Thanks for taking us along to another cool little town 😎 ✌️✌️ Smooches for Cruzie 💋 🐾 🦴
