Of course we all love Sword’s simpler design, but I like the fact that this new redesign kinda gives him the warrior vibe that he should have since he was literally raised and trained by a deity.
I agree w/ this, idk why so much ppl begging the “legacy” skins to stay, it’s kinda disrespectful and ruining their effort, it’s not like regretevator where some characters become r15/rthro style, it’s r6, forever, there not even a SINGLE r15 phighting character, but why people hate it though? Thats what make regretevator more lively imo
@samgosd It's mainly people not wanting to forget the old designs so they want them to stay even though they are very outdated and look very flat imo. For example subspace's redesign looks fantastic he has more defined shoes, his clothes have more layering and wrinkles and being able to see the infection spreading around his eye are just such amazing details and his new facial expression makes him seem more crazy and mad scientist than before. These redesigns are leagues better and I cannot wait until we get them alongside the crossroads rework
@@stargazer-rocket-phighting I think it's more that it fits with the blocky style that game had before. I don't really have much of an opinion on Regretevator's direction, honestly.
I don’t know which one I like more yet, this remodel consists of more realism and detail, but swords previous basic design has kinda stuck with me and I find it iconic in a way.
Tbh I like Sword’s old design because it is easy to remember but I like the new design tho! It’s just that I have more details to remember now in the new design.
something tells me this is gonna end up like what happened to the regretevator fandom and i'm scared :( maybe they'll add the legacy designs as a costume! (unlike cos)
And besides, people actually grew to like Medkit's design once we all found out it fits his story more. It's not like PHIGHTING is moving to high poly R15 any time soon. Because they're NOT going to do that. There's not really much to worry about.
There wasn't really any Watsonian(in-universe) lore regarding the slab to begin with. 7GBO just slapped a slab there because he figured it would suffice enough as a helmet.
I don't wanna offend anybody and don't want a red dot on my head but old sword looks like a dummy with horns and a sharkfin with a red torso But this sword actually looks really good! I love the cape a lot!
While everyone is going crazy over the design (dw i did as well) i noticed that now there is something simular to scythes ammo system on the screen, its faint but i can see a 0/100 thingy below the crossair, thats probably related to his passive rework
You may be saddened by this news but the face is getting changed, the reason why it isn't shown in the clip is because aidn didn't update/the visuals haven't been finished yet. Although his new face looks very good. You could probably find it on Google or something by now
