I loved this! Phil just ate this up and gave Elliott his undivided attention...he wasn't a pretentious rockstar asshole...just being a cool guy with young Elliott. Phil and Maynard are my two favorite guys to watch interview and the way they treated young interviewers is a big reason why. Great job Phil...and Elliott!

He was more trying to test him, see if he flinches and when Phil said he flinched he actually didn't, he just moved the phone so it doesn't hit Phil's face. I always get impressed how Elliot is SUPER tough, he doesn't look even A BIT scared of who he's interviewing, his interviews are lessons about many things, but mostly about posture, a true gentleman, nerves of adamantium! And also very humble, a example in everything. You show true love on what you do Elliot, keep this same pace at whatever you do and congratulations.

U can see phils empathy for life so much in this video at times he almost looks like he wants to cry especially when the kid mentions dimebag, u can tell phils just so proud to be able to be interviewed by a young fella and be able to give him cool responses, dw Phil this world will see peace! Seeing what I’d always considered to be one of the angriest vocalists in the history of music be so down to earth and genuine throughout this interview is something that I’ll never forget. This was without a doubt one of the sweetest and most heartwarming things I’ve ever seen in my life.

Everything is beautiful about this. I think having kids do interviews, makes for allot more interesting and down to earth questions and also answers. This interview shows you allot more of Phil's personality than any other interview.

Been a fan of Phil (And Pantera) since I "accidentally" stole my father's Pantera cassette with Cowboys from Hell back in 90, yet I never knew that he was a Lovecraft fan, now he's even cooler, knowing that fact! And also, props to the interviewer, great questions! Got to be scary sitting that close to a guy that sounds like a demon when talking. :P
