I am not an 80s guy but I still love these 80s songs. They are so good. I played GTA Vice City Stories in which Phil Collins was there and he really had a concert of this song in that game. I loved it. Most of the time I had found these wonderful 80s songs from video games and TV shows and films.

Anyone that reads this comment, we were growing weed out in the back yard which was used to cure my father’s PTSD, we created one of the strongest strains to have existed. Listening to this song back in year 10, those drums put me into a different dimension. Respect to 80’s music for doing that.

This is such a legendary song. While it's tempting to skip straight to the drum break, the song really deserves to be experienced in its entirety. The vibe is amazing and the buildup is just incredible. This is one of few songs I would possibly consider to be perfect. Phil Collins' songs takes my mind to another dimension of nostalgia that happened and never happened and i loved him for that.

Imagine a post apocalypse scenario where there's nothing but wrecks of an ancient civilisation and you suddenly hear this faint sound in the distance. You begin to follow the music, recognize the song, starting to cry. When you arrive to the source, it's the radio of an old car. Still on, still playing.

This song always reminds me of when myself and my multiple was about to go out on patrol of the Ballymurphy in West Belfast in 1988. Around 7pm, every combat indicator was there, letting us know the IRA was going to hit us. Our commander got his boogy box and cranked it up to full volume and blasted this song across the estate. Within minutes people came out, cars went by, windows closed. They knew, that we knew and they cancelled the hit. Cant believe its 36 years ago.
