Looks like 10 / 44 = 23%. Or 9 / 42 = 21% if Phil's hand was taken into account. What am I missing?

@@aseq2it's 11/44 (25%) .... four 7's, three J's, and four Q's. the TV graphic typically doesn't include the cards folded by other players. in reality, it was 10/44 (23%), which you remove the 7♦ that Laak folded.

I strongly doubt it. short of having AA, most players at least mull it over for a moment before calling. I'm about never folding AK (suited/off-suit) 3-handed, but I'd at least think for a moment first.
