To be a cop you need to know how to talk to people. I was a CO and that’s all I did was talk so it’s the same on the streets. Have these cops walk the streets instead sitting in a car all scared.

I grew up in Philly and worked in Baltimore and the only things holding up Philly are the four major universities within the city limits one an ivy league school and the health care sector. These institutions employ a lot of people. Save for that we would be Baltimore now. If not worse.

Common sense. Poor neighborhoods with high crime rates have busier police officers thus long waits.. neighborhoods with less crime have more police available. Stop playing political verbal games.

4:46 How much more work would it have taken to find out why police officers responded to black people in a less timely manner? Then we wouldn't have to assume or speculate. And if there is a cause to hold officers accountable that can be done. But yes, it's likely both of those reasons.
