Philadelphia police step up weekend patrols; Juneteenth events around the city | Digital Brief 

The Philadelphia police highway patrol unit will assist "mobile surge units" as the city tries to have more police officers on the street on weekend nights. Meanwhile there are events all around the city to celebrate the Juneteenth holiday that falls on June 19.
