Watch Philip Bloom share his thoughts on the #FUJINON MK 18-55 and 50-135 cinema zoom lenses with Micro Four Thirds Mounts on Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K
FYI, for others coming here later, both lenses can be bought with the 3rd party mount already installed. Check the usual suspects (B&H, Adorama, etc). Rental houses with the MFT modification seem to be few and far between. Lensrentals is the only I could find (Jan. 2020)
great ... this is on my setup wishlist... Pocket 4k , 18-55 mm and i will be happy for the rest of my days hahahha. Very nicely presented, thx for that.
Oh my goodness I want these lenses in my life. I am aspiring to film cinematic documentaries. So with these two lenses I will not need anything else. You will be mine ✊ one day.
I was looking for a S35 ef mount lens close to FF 28-90 t2.8 ish, was aiming for the MK 18-55 which works like a FF 30-90 in S35,, seems almost perfect, then I realized, that there is no way that I can use this lens on EF mount, so I have to go to the canon 14.5-60 t2.6, it's way too heavy, and didn't got much use because of its weight.
@@TanishkaFilms well you still get the brightness of t2.9 but a deeper depth of field similar to what you'd get at 5.6 on a 35mm sensor or 4.35 on super 35 or 7,35 on gfx medium format :)
