Yea im actually sick of seeing that kind of title on their first vlog in the country.. I mean.. yeah? What do you expect? Philippines is just all mountains and Tribal People bout to shoot arrows at you? Pft.
@@user-pt6nk4cq7e You're still under the influence.:-) The truth is they make such 'clickbaits' in order to flatter and tickle the sensibilities of their Filipino viewers with double objectives: attract subscribers and ramp up views. It was started by 2 pairs of couples (both from Europe) and it worked to their advantage. Thus, more and more foreign vloggers imitated them and true enough, they got what they wished: their views and subscribers have grown exponentially. This Filipino-baiting technique was already an issue before brought to the fore by another foreign vlogger who admitted that he used to do the same but stopped. Filipino viewers must be the most gullible audience in the world. I think the culprit for this is the media. It is the media who showed to their local viewers the ungraceful solicitation of comments from their foreign interviewees when they ask self-serving questions such as: How do you find Filipino food? How do you find the Philippines? How do you find Filipinas/Filipinos? That line of questioning, surely, sends the foreign interviewees in an uncomfortable situation.
Certainly, it's more fun in the Philippines even during the rainy season. Mergim is unlocking the child's wonder and curiousity in him - the secret to forever young. His laughter, smiles and sheer joy is contagious as well as therapeutic to those watching him on YT. Well done and enjoy your stay among the friendliest people on earth.
For a while you have been transformed into a little kid enjoying the bike/scooter inside the mall, laughing and smiling to your heart's desire hahaha... So nice of you to be doing that and really enjoyed watching you. You really had so much fun. Keep on enjoying yourself man while in the Philippines!!!! Have a nice day!!!
Wow even with out the beaches, mountains and sunsets of the Philippines, I believe this is a unique way of having fun, its more fun in the Philipines mall, truly amazing stay safe and God bless always 🤙 brother!

I and my officemates have been to Cebu thrice but for work only and with very limited free time to wander around. But at least with your vlogs, I got to see much of Cebu especially on areas where I have never been. One word to describe them, "awesome".
Nabuang na si Mergim uy! 😅 I know I am much older than this sweet guy, but this video just made me feel ancient. Isn't Mergim the cutest kid in a full-grown man's body?
Probably the first time you've uploaded this late. Riding that scooter in a mall? Damn. I wish our malls in Manila also have that one, that seems fun racing thru the huge crowd of people in the mall together with your friends haha. I'm also surprised that there's a free shuttle. And man, that Umbrella sure brings back a lot of memories from your past vlogs, I remember it was offered to you for free but you decided to pay for it.
It can't be possible in Manila SM malls or any malls in Manila and elsewhere because all the bigger malls in Manila are housed in separate buildings so there's no need to have it and it's impractical. The Mall of Asia, for example, the biggest mall in the country (after the addition of IKEA), consists of multiple structures that having this kind of transport is impractical. SM Seaside is one whole large building with 4 levels consisting of 10 hectares each floor, a hell of an area to walk around. SM Seaside also offers chauffeur-driven golf carts in every floor and it's free but they prioritize people with mobility problems such as elderly, preggies, PWDs and people with small kids.
@@lionhearted1969 SM Megamall, SM North Edsa and even SM Mall of Asia. The separate buildings of the malls are actually connected but I guess the difference is that it's more crowded in those areas and might cause an accident and probably not built to cater those.
@@paulbandong8162 They're connected but not all of the structures are connected above ground and not all of the floors of each building are connected. So you need to take your scooter to a certain floor to get to another building. Isn't it hassle? Some of them are actually connected at grade level so having an internal transport like these scooters is not practical and risky. At SM Seaside you can drive the scooter or e-bike unhampered and you can move from between floors via designated elevator. The mall's Sky Park is also another designated area for scooters and bike enthusiasts.
Hands down, this is fun! Mergim and his inner child came out to play at the mall lol. I had no doubt you would find your umbrella. Filipinos are honest and kind. Thanks for showing the world what the Philippines is about. God bless!
In case you miss the myBus, CIBUS buses operate 24/7 but you need to go to Il Corso Mall where CIBUS station is located. It is at the far end of Il Corso, to the south end. CIBUS route passes through Fuente Osmena (via Osmena Blvd.) before terminating at IT Park Terminal.
SM seaside Mall I was there a couple of times before the pandemic lockdown when I've visited Cebu and there we're less people then at that mall which is brand new at that time , what's memorable was the restaurants there that specialized on seafoods grilled Tuna Shrimps etc. which surprisingly a lot cheaper compared here in Manila well I guess maybe because the mall was besides the ocean and the Visayas are always known for its bountiful seafoods. .I love Cebu one of my favorite cities and province in the Philippines.
Omg! You're going back to childhood..lol. 😀😁 fun time in d mall is priceless..ur laugh is so contagious 😀..just enjoy & have fun!! Note: Christian Grey mask of fifty shades fits u..lol
@Mergim...You should check out Olango Island even for a day trip only. You can check out the San Vicente Marine Sanctuary or visit the country's first and oldest Olango Bird Sanctuary where you can see migrating birds taking their pit stop. Olango has several marine sanctuaries as well where you can have the opportunity to feed the fish. Or you can have Island Hopping too. If you want to take your rented scooter to Olango Island, use the Hilton Port next to Movenpick Hotel because it is where the roll-on/roll-on ferry docks. The Angasil Port near Mactan Newtown is only for fast crafts. You can also do camping as the island also operates few camping sites.
@@jessasoliano797 so so true, but we all know, some people are going to literally die, and wear a mask in their casket during their funerals, that will be in their will, lol.
Love the first person view while you're cruising on your ride, looks like Crash Team Racing / Mario Kart games I played when I was a kid. It's fun to do this stuff sometimes, very relaxing and entertaining. 😄👍

I had so much fun watching you enjoying the mall the scooter ride inside the mall, the archery and even the recovery of your umbrella. Im sure that umbrella of yours will have a centimental value about the Philippines. Enjoy the country Mergim 🇵🇭
It's more fun with Mergim!!! Hahaha....a relaxed Mergim is all it takes to remain refreshed and rejuvenated.... awesome content....this is so enjoyable...go go go Mergim ....
Mergim, I observe you always keep forgetting things and coming back to look for it. It's a good thing you got your umbrella back. Stay focused and before leaving a place see to it that you've got everything you had when you came. Maybe you could write your name and number on your things in case it gets lost.
