Thanks for the review. Bought the Philips One by Sonicar after watching your video. Took on a two-week trip to Europe in July with my family,. It works well and cleans my teeth as well as my FairyWill electric I was carrying previously and is much smaller. Went with the battery operated model. I purchased and Peak Design toiletry kit which I love, but downsized to an Eagle Creek Pack-It soft toiletry kit for the trip and the Phillips One easily fits in.

How did you get a USB-c version? I ordered it and it comes with some weird double pin connector so now I have to bring a specific charger cable for just the toothbrush..

@@Jebble347the diamond clean isn't USBC it should be Also the battery lasts for two weeks easy The Philips one is either battery or USBC

If your bristles are bending you’re brushing too hard. Also, you should only hold the brush with your fingertips, not your fist

I find it kind of baffling why companies can't seem to design a durable, compact, and effective electric toothbrush. I know Quip isn't the best, but I'll stay with it because of the size. But here's hoping a V.2 of the Philips One can get the job done in terms of minimalism.

They want to make it as consumable as possible. If they make something that's perfect, you will never have to buy one again. They find the right balance between looks durable but might not actually be as durable. It will entice you to buy it but won't last as long as you think.

I hope you still brush with the Quip and not just guide it along your teeth because neither of these are remotely strong enough to clean your teeth by vibrating alone.

Recently bought the rechargeable model after seeing it in one of your videos of travel tech/collections where multiple items are mini-reviewed. Got it so we wouldn't have to take our full sized sonics and chargers on trips. It is a 100% waste of time, effort, and money. It's like a heavy non-electric "analog" toothbrush that just hums at you a little. If you are used to a sonic brush - skip these. It's an overpriced regular toothbrush - garbage.

watching this because i hope y’all hated this toothbrush as much as i did edit: ignoring that it’s too long (it is) it also vibrates excessively in the handle and not enough in the brush. your hand will go numb from the intense vibration and it seems like none of it actually vibrates the bristles :(
