Context: Rose and the Ender King (the ‘cruel monarch’) are deities from Phil’s Hardcore World Lore. Rose is good, and the Ender King is definitely not. Try looking up the stories on the wiki. :)

So Phil's character is like a composite from all his versions of different lores, just like most characters on the QSMP? (ex: Cellbit, Mike and Pac, Aypierre, Fit...)

Well Rose and the Ender King are from his Hardcore World as lore(since Philza's Character is canonically from his Hardcore World). You can look up brief summaries if you want.
