I consider it a miracle that I survived this. Not only was it a millions to one shot that I crossed the road where a bus happened to be first at the light as someone decided to pass it illegally to run it, but incredibly there happened to be someone coming up the perpendicular road with a dashcam rolling and captured the entire event.
The minute I heard there was video I jokingly said, "Oh I can make one of those YEM videos", so on the eve of the two year anniversary I decided to do just that. I also included the "whatever you do take care of your shoes" from Cavern at the end, watch closely as both my shoes are instantly blown off. One goes completely out of frame quickly and the other loops up in a nice arc and gently comes down on the right a few seconds after I do. You can also see my iPhone go skimming under the mini-van.
Happy to still be here to type this, PLEASE be careful when crossing streets. Even when you have the light and are in a crosswalk, anything can happen
