Nice attention to details by Phoibos. Most companies don't take the time to do a polished chamfer on bronze. Just my opinion, but I think it would look a bit sharper if they moved the date window to 6 o'clock. I agree Steve and love the logo. Phoibos, if you are reading these we need some Phoibos merch. Im a Navy man and I wear around 36 - 39mm for all watches other than divers. My sweet spot is 40 - 42mm for divers so this watch is perfect. Dive watches are suppose to be fitted larger than typical watches. There will only be 100 limited edition watches with engraved number on back - 1/100 to 100/100. What an awesome aquatic theme and design. I got mine!
Great review Steve. I really like it. I even like this green and I'm normally not a green person. I like the design, specs, and may just be a good bronze option for my collection as I currently do not own one and have been looking. Do you know what time tomorrow these are going to go on sale? Nice watch Steve and good rundown. I have a bronze diver on my wish list and really like the green and bronze, great combination. Phoibis is a great brand,, have a couple of them. I saw a very nice Cronos some time ago. Every time I was on the cusp of getting a bronze watch, something else came along and I still don't have one. This year I'll definitely get one. It's very good with a wide range of straps for sure. Appreciate the review. 👍👍

They really ought to a small little brother..... It's so strange that everybody is not doing it. In a lot of models the small little brother is the one that sells way more watches. And we're not talking ladies watches.
It's too brash looking now but that is going to patina really beautifully. People need to know what they're going to be looking with bronze watches like this. This is not the final look of the watch. Way too big for a lot of people though.... Smaller watches are in. Best to have two models.... When you're going to go that big.
I have seen the blue watch, the leather strap looks very cheap: it looks like the colored leather is an artificial film glued on actual leather. Can anyone verify if Phoibos is claiming genuine leather and selling artificial leather instead?
A big chunk of bronze watch with green. I never had anyone who said anything bad other than compliments. Bronze watch is best big. It's not for anyone else, other than me. It kick shits steel for the big boys. Gosh, toothpaste is a great rub. I don't like polished. No one will have these watches like my own steeldive cusn8. Sure, smaller wrists won't like. It's for the bigger boys. Hammerhead is a great watch. It will hurt your wrist. Special. I wouldn't change any one of my bronzes for steel. You just get a green coated wrist with red wear marks. Small boys with big toys. I never liked green before. Now it's my favorite thing. No one has this, and I think it is a little bit more of my watch. No one has my watch collection. I'm not sure about this being for you. I love it. No rolex gets compliments. Unless the untrained eye.
Smart looking watch but just remember, you can buy a bronze Glycine Combat Sub for roughly the same price. And you get a Swiss watch with a Swiss movement from a company with prestigious horological history. Sorry, but I don't think a microbrand Chinese watch is worth dropping $400. There's a good reason why the country of origin isn't printed on the dial. Also, the "limited edition" thing is a meaningless gimmick
