So, in a way, the human part of PHOS was only able to find satisfaction once the last and remaining piece of the gym stone that was them was removed. Which goes with what you’re saying, it is also very very sad. That they were so dissatisfied by the material that they started out with, that they were only able to be prayed into nothingness. Once the very last piece of that material was separated from the hole.

While its true that the place Phos comes from remains the same drive for acceptance and appreciation from baby till death they look so smooth that I think rubbing their hair wouldn't be able to produce a static shock and the rest of the cast changes less at least in how they outwardly express themselves by comparison and so I think calling them a static character doesn't seem quite right.
