Hello Sir, great tips for beginners. I just need your help about SMS sharing setting. I sent 2x6 copy to my phone but I received double copies on a 4x6 prints. How can I resolve this problem? We don't want our client receiving double copies on a 4x6 prints. Please help! Thank you!

I may not be the best person to answer this but seems like it just a settings issue. I’d say to reset to defaults your settings if you’re comfortable with that and then try again. Verify settings doest have prints +2.

Hi, the downloadable pdf list includes my checklist that I usually bring with me. It does includes links where to get them but it’s just to give an idea what are the essentials to bring :) were you able to download?

You would need to purchase a license, and have to option to renew it every year if you chose to get updates. I personally bought once and didn’t get the update package

Timeout! Pause! So… you transport your printer with the ribbon still in the printer? I was instructed to take it out each time.

While it is recommended to take the media out, I’m keeping mine inside when transporting, and it’s been like that for 5 years. But I do keep the foam inside
