I’m so glad! Because contracts are so individually specific, the best I can do is kind of show you the contract honey book provides and maybe show how that works within the smart file? I definitely recommend creating a contract with the counsel of a lawyer. But I will add this to the list of a video on how to connect it all together.
No I inserted the text that I wanted in there since it is a smart file (content from the contract is taken and added to the invoice etc) so a pdf wouldn’t be best. I used parts of the contract that HoneyBook provided and then added other items specific to my photo booth that I wanted to include as well.

Hello, what about if we want to select a specific clientele? Example weddings, corporate, quinceanera but not kids birthday party? And how to block date and time if there is no booth available?
You can create as many booking forms as you want to but keeping your packages simple makes it easier. My wedding clients are going to pay the same for the same type of service that a birthday party would.

Yes and no. If a client books my services for 3 hours and adds on an additional hour, my additional hour fee will account for that cost of additional printing. If a client were to request Photo Booth services for 2 days, like 4 hours today and 4 hours tomorrow, I’d charge it as if it were two separate events, the second day wouldn’t be just added hours. So for example if I charge $800 for 4 hours one day, I’ll charge $800 for the second day. Versus $800 for one day and 4 hours at $125 per hour.

Better to ask your individual accountant about that but you can always set it up as a sole proprietorship and ask if you can change it later. But double check with your accountant first
